Crazy last days

The girls have been having a fantastic few last days here, thanks to their visiting uncles and cousins.  They've gone to the beach, kayaked and hung out at our pool and have become real "kissin' cousins"!
Last night we had a BBQ that Uncle Andy's good friend Larry Cooke cooked for all of us- 14 in all!- super fast and super delicious!  It was an all- American treat to send us off!
Sadly, we had to say goodbye to Uncle Jim, Uncle Andy, James, Grace, Elena- and Larry!  Thanks to you all for coming to see us- we hope to see you all again soon!

Today is Diana´s birthday and she took all her girls to have manicures and pedicures as a special treat.  You can imagine the fun Belen had with her nails painted bright pink!  Take a look at the final result!

Then Roberto, Icho´s nephew, who lives in Boca Raton,  came to spend the afternoon with us, and   ended up in the pool with all his cousins. And of course, we all celebrated with a birthday cake with Belen blowing out the candles!

Our Italian friends, Camila and Matilde with Lucca, Camila´s husband, came to join us in a farewell/birthday dinner.  We went to a Japanese Steakhouse to have a Hibachi dinner, which is a show in itself, with the chef cooking on a grill in front of us.  We all enjoyed the food, but the company was even better!  We hope to see our friends again soon- maybe in Italy???

Tonight we need to rest up- tomorrow we leave for Spain!
